Eolus hands over 36-MW Swedish wind farm to KGAL

August 28 (Renewables Now) - Swedish wind project developer Eolus Vind AB (STO:EOLU-B) said today it has finalised the 36-MW Sotterfallan wind farm and then transferred ownership of the asset to KGAL.

The particular facility consists of 10 units of Vestas V136 3.6 MW wind turbines, installed at a site in Jonkoping municipality, southern Sweden.

Eolus and KGAL signed the deal for the purchase of the wind park in December 2017. The project developer said today that the agreed payment has been made and the buyer has taken over the plant. Eolus will deliver asset management services for Sotterfallan, it added.

The specific deal also included the sale of the 11-MW Anneberg wind farm in Tidaholm municipality, which was concluded in January 2019.
