EDPR, PPC to co-develop at least 400 MW of Greek renewables

February 11 (Renewables Now) - The renewable energy arm of Greek utility PPC SA (ATH:PPC) plans to cooperate with EDP Renovaveis SA (ELI:EDPR) to develop and build a targeted minimum of 400 MW of projects in Greece.

PPC Renewables SA and the unit of Energias de Portugal SA (ELI:EDP) on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that outlines their intentions.

The announcement says that the execution of future projects will be based upon the optimum business model and collaboration structure and align with each company's respective corporate policies.

The bourse filing did not give details about any specific projects.
