EDP Renovaveis SA (<a href="http://EDP Renovaveis SA (ELI:EDPR) has signed a deal to sell its entire stake in a 191-MW wind portfolio in Italy to local renewables group PLT Energia. The seller announced on Friday that the deal with PLT Rew 2 Srl is valued at EUR 400 million (USD 428m) for the 100% stake. Located in the south of Italy, the wind portfolio is comprised of seven operating wind farms, of which five benefit from a regulated tariff (CfD) and two from a power purchase agreement (PPA). The assets have been in operation for an average of 1.4 years. The transaction, which is pending regulatory clearance, aligns with EDPR's roughly EUR-6-billion asset rotation programme for the period 2024-2026.
