Deutsche Windtechnik signs contract for wind farm maintenance in Poland

Dec 20, 2012 - German wind turbine services provider Deutsche Windtechnik said today it had signed a contract to take over the full technical maintenance of a 48 MW wind farm in Slupsk, Poland.

The contract, which will come into force on May 4, 2013, was signed with Japanese power wholesaler Electric Power Development Co (TYO:9513), also known as J-Power.

The wind farm consists of 24 wind turbines of the Vestas V80 type.

For the purposes of the contract, Deutsche Windtechnik will open a service station in Poland.
