Daurella Comadran buys Acciona shares for EUR 1m

Jul 20, 2011 - The independent board member of Spanish infrastructure and renewable energy firm Acciona (MCE:ANA), Sol Daurella Comadran, spent EUR 1 million (USD 1.414m) on the purchase of 14,150 shares in the company.

According to data of the national stock market regulator CNMV, the stock acquisition was carried out in several transactions between June 9 and July 11 at prices ranging from EUR 67.53 to EUR 73.32 apiece.

The shares account for 0.022% of Acciona's share capital.

Daurella was appointed board member at the shareholders' meeting on June 1.

The shares in Acciona traded at EUR 69.10, up 1.04%, at 1043 local time on the Madrid stock exchange.
