(ADPnews) - Sep 7, 2010 - German wind turbine maker Nordex AG (ETR:NDX1) said today its founder and chief sales officer Carsten Pedersen will move to the supervisory board, replacing Kai Brandes.

Kai Brandes is the managing shareholder of CMP Capital Management-Partners GmbH, which sold its investment in Nordex in the spring of 2010.

Lars Bondo Krogsgaard, 44, will replace Pedersen in the management board, taking responsibility for the company's sales and project management division as of October 1, 2010, Nordex said. Krogsgaard was previously in charge of sales and project management for the Europe/Africa region at Siemens Wind Power.
