Colombia okays 23 off-takers for next renewables auction

October 3 (Renewables Now) - Colombia's national mining and energy planning unit UPME published on Wednesday the list of power retailers that had been cleared to present purchase offers at the country's next renewable energy auction.

Out of 26 companies that applied to participate as off-takers, 23 fulfilled all the requirements to proceed to the next stage. The three that have been left out of the race are Renovatio Trading Americas SAS ESP, Enerco SA ESP and Enertotal SA ESP.
