China Suntien Green Energy pockets USD 369m from IPO - report
(ADPnews) - Oct 8, 2010 - China Suntien Green Energy, the green energy unit of Chinese state-owned construction company Hebei Construction Group Company Ltd, raised USD 369 million (EUR 264m) in an initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong stock exchange, Reuters said yesterday.
The company sold 1.08 billion shares for HKD 2.66 each (USD 0.343/EUR 0.245) at the top of the indicative range of HKD 2.06 to HKD 2.66 per share.
China Suntien will start trading on October 13, 2010, under the symbol 956.
Australian financial services provider Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG) is the only global coordinator.
