Dec 8, 2014 - State-owned power producer China Guodian Corp (CGC) has made progress last week on six wind projects, totalling 591 MW, it said on its website.

The company’s main wind unit, power producer China Longyuan Power Group Corp Ltd (HKG:0916), accounted for as much as 475.5 MW of the whole capacity.
The subsidiary, which operates 11.9 GW of facilities in the wind sector, received clearance to develop a 200-MW wind farm in Jiangsu province. Meanwhile, it also sealed deals with local governments in the provinces of Fujian and Jiangsu to develop 150 MW and 100 MW installations there, respectively. In addition, it hooked to the grid a 25.5-MW facility in Zhejiang province.
Beijing-based CGC develops, invests, builds, operates and manages power generation assets. It is also active in the transportation segment, environmental protection, technological services and consultancy businesses.
