Catch the Wind changes Toronto ticker

Aug 3, 2012 - US-based laser wind sensor developer Catch the Wind Ltd (CVE:CTW), on Thursday unveiled a new ticker "SCT" on the Toronto Stock Exchange, to reflect its recent rebranding as BlueScout Technologies Inc.

The trading symbol is effective at opening of trading today. The CUSIP number remains the same.

Earlier this week, the company said it was now doing business as BlueScout Technologies Inc. It added that the rebranding, which comes with a new logo, mission, vision, values and domain name, signalled its commitment to the wind industry. On September 20, Catch the Wind is to seek the go-ahead from its shareholders to change the parent company name to BlueScout Technologies Ltd.

Catch the Wind's revenues are coming from the sales and rental of its Vindicator device, which represents a wind sensor for utility-scale wind turbines which determines wind speed and direction up to 300 m (984 ft) in front of the turbine and thus enables the optimisation of the turbine's performance.
