Canadian Sea 2 Sky closes merger with Ecotech Energy

(ADPnews) - Nov 16, 2010 - Canadian development-stage green energy firm Sea 2 Sky Corp (OTC:SSKY) said on Monday it had finalised its merger with sector firm Ecotech Energy Group Inc.

The company will issue 110 million common shares to Ecotech Energy's shareholders in order to acquire its businesses in the US and Canada. Sea 2 Sky plans to change the name and ticker of the combined company.

Ecotech Energy wll focus on the development of biomass power plants in North America.
