Broadwind names outgoing CEO as chairman

February 21 (Renewables Now) - US wind industry supplier Broadwind (NASDAQ:BWEN) on Friday said Stephanie Kushner, who will step down as president and CEO on March 1, will become the company's new chairman.

Kushner, who has been part of the company's board of directors since 2016, will replace David Reiland. He will continue to serve as director and chairman of the audit committee.

In addition, Eric Blashford, who will be Broadwind's new CEO and president, will also join the company's board when he assumes his new role.
