BofA cuts price target, keeps "underperform" on Vestas
(ADPnews) - Sep 21, 2010 - Bank of America/Merrill Lynch has lowered its share price target on Danish wind-turbine maker Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CPH:VWS) to DKK 230 from DKK 250, maintaining its "underperform" recommendation.
The market is generally positive towards Vestas as a total 16 analysts have a "buy" rating on the stock, while seven have "neutral" and six have "sell", according to a poll by SME Direkt.
BofA has also cut its price targets on Spanish sector player Gamesa SA (MCE:GAM) and on Belgium-based wind-turbine gearbox maker Hansen Transmissions International NV (LON:HSN).
The stock in Vestas traded at DKK 208.90, down by 1.60% from opening, at 1257 CET today on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Copenhagen.
