Weekly renewables M&A round-up (May 23-27)
May 27, 2022 17:26 CEST(SeeNews) - Jan 26, 2012 - US Aurora Algae, which makes pharmaceutical, aquaculture and renewable energy products from algae, said today it had named Paul Angelico chief operating officer.
One of Angelico's main tasks within the company will be to oversee the engineering, construction and operations of Aurora's full-scale production plant in Maitland, Western Australia. Construction of the facility is to kick off in the closing quarter of 2012.
Most recently, Angelico acted as principal at management consulting firm The Dover Group. He began his management career in 1978 at Procter & Gamble, where he served as operations manager of a consumer goods factory. Later, Angelico cofounded and served as president and chief operating officer of Twin Rivers Technologies, which bought that same Procter & Gamble facility.
