(SeeNews) – Jun 18, 2013 – Germany's AMPIG Beteiligungs & Verwaltungs made a voluntary takeover bid for local renewable energy projects developer Ecolutions GmbH & Co KgaA, the latter said today.
AMPIG offered EUR 0.05 (USD 0.067) apiece for up to 3 million shares in Ecolutions.
The acceptance period began on June 10 and will continue until June 28.
Because Ecolutions is not listed on the stock market, this is the first opportunity for its limited shareholders to sell their shares in the company.
Ecolutions' executive board has decided not to comment on the bid and not to give any recommendation to its shareholders.
