German wind turbine manufacturer Nordex SE (ETR:NDX1) said on Monday that it has received new orders on its home market totalling around 255 MW in the first two months of the second quarter.

Chinese wind turbine maker Goldwind Science & Technology Co Ltd (SHE:002202) has secured a 37.5-MW order from Turkish renewable energy developer Dere Construction.

Power utility Engie Energia Chile this week secured an environmental approval for its Los Portones project in the southern Chilean region of Los Lagos, where is has set out to build a 148.8-MW wind farm coupled with a battery energy storage system (BESS).
