Uni Land approves Uni Wind-E.ol JV agreement

(ADPnews) - Nov 15, 2010 - Italian real estate holding company Uni Land (BIT:UNL) has approved a joint venture agreement between its unit Uni Wind and local E.ol Srl for the construction of wind farms.

Uni Land will hold 70% and E.ol - 30% in the joint venture, that will produce wind energy, taking care of the development and authorisation of the parks.

The agreement says that E.ol will be dealing with the authorisation processes and Uni Wind will be responsible for the funding of the projects.
