Turkish Businessmen To Invest 100 Mln Euro in Hospital, Wind Farm in Moldova
CHISINAU (Moldova), March 16 (SeeNews) – Two Turkish businessmen, Mete Bora and Sinan Bora, would invest about 100 million euro ($137 million) in the construction of a hospital and a wind farm in Moldova, the government in Chisinau said on Tuesday.
Both projects have already been launched. The wind farm would be built in southern Moldova.
The hospital would be built in cooperation with an unnamed U.S. group, the government's press office quoted Mete Bora as saying at a meeting with Moldova's Prime Minister Vlad Filat.
Bora also said that he would continue investing in Moldova thanks to the favourable investment climate in the country.
The two Turkish businessmen have invested a total of 100 million euro so far in the Leogrant hotel and the Shopping MallDova in Chisinau, creating around 1,000 jobs.
