Turkey's Zorlu Enerji starts selling power from 56.4 MW wind farm in Pakistan

Turkish power producer Zorlu Enerji [BIST:ZOREN] said on Friday that it started commercial power sales from its 56.4 megawatt wind farm in Pakistan to the country's state-owned National Transmission & Dispatch Company.

Zorlu Enerji's wholly-owned Pakistani unit Zorlu Enerji Pakistan Limited, which built the wind farm near the village of Jhimpir in the province of Sindh, began selling power from the facility after completing the safety tests on Friday, Zorlu Enerji said in a bourse filing.
