A subsidiary of wind turbine maker Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA (BME:SGRE) has sold three solar power plants in Spain to investment manager Aurea Capital Partners.
More specifically, SGRE 9Ren has divested three photovoltaic (PV) parks in the provinces of Huesca, Murcia and Huelva, with a combined capacity of 1.2 MW.
The sale is expected to result in a capital gain of about EUR 1 million (USD 1.14m) in the current financial year, according to the announcement.
