June 12 (Renewables Now) - Taiwanese solar cell and module maker Neo Solar Power Corp (TPE:3576), or NSP, enjoyed a 71.03% month-on-month upswing in revenues in May.
Last month the company generated turnover of TWD 829 million (USD 27.5m/EUR 24.5m), which, however, still marked a drop of 51.25% compared to the same month of 2016. In the first five months of the year revenues were down by a steeper 62.02% to TWD 3.48 billion.
NSP said last week the month-on-month increase in May revenues reflects rising product prices due to a recovery of demand and increased shipments of mono products.
