Tokyo-based real estate company Hoosiers Holdings (TYO:3284) announced its has recently signed a transfer agreement for its 10.2-MW solar power plant located in Hokkaido island.
The Hidaka Takamori Solar Power Plant spreads over an area of 255,318 sq m (2,748,220 sq ft) in Hidaka city. Operation of the photovoltaic (PV) farm started on April 2 and it is estimated to generate around 12 million kWh annually.
The complete transfer is scheduled to happen in mid September, the company said. No further details were given in the press release.
