Tie-in Led by Serbia's Energoprojekt Hydro Engineering Arm Signs $10.4 Mln Deal in Peru
BELGRADE (Serbia), June 9 (SeeNews) – Serbian blue-chip engineering group Energoprojekt Holding said a tie-in led by its listed hydro engineering arm has signed a $10.4 million (8.6 million euro) deal in Peru.
The consortium led by Energoprojekt Hidroinzenjering Consulting Engineers, comprising also Spain’s Tecnica Y Pproyectos and Peru’s Lahmeyer Agua y Energia, inked last month a contract for the supervision of the construction of the Tronera Sur dam and the Transadino tunnel, part of the Alto Piura multi-purpose hydro project in northwestern Peru, the Serbian holding company said in a filing with the Belgrade bourse on Tuesday.
The completion period of the project is 50 months, the filing said.
Shares of Energoprojekt Holding closed 0.84% lower at 823 dinars ($9.51/7.92 euro) on Wednesday.
Energoprojekt Hidroinzenjering last traded on September 17, 2009, slipping 2.89% to close at 1,748 dinars.
