Slovak firm plans to build EUR 3.2m biomass cogeneration plant – report

(ADPnews) – Feb 14, 2011 - Slovak biofuel producer Amarco plans to break ground on a EUR 3.2 million (USD 4.3m) biomass-based cogeneration plant next year, local news agency SITA reported last Thursday.

The cogeneration unit, to be located in Vydran, eastern Slovakia, will have an electricity generation capacity of 572 kW and a heating capacity of 558 kW.

Construction is estimated to take six months.
