BELGRADE (Serbia), January 6 (SeeNews) - State-owned power utility Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) is seeking contractors for the planned construction of a solar park near its Kostolac thermal power plant (TPP), the company said.
The solar park will be built near the Petka village, within the tailing pond of the thermal power plant's open-pit coal mine, EPS said in tender documentation published last week.
Potential contractors can submit their bids by February 8.
According to the eKapija local business portal, EPS is planning to install at the site 17,100 photovoltaic panels of 650W each, with an efficiency rate of 20.9%.
