Serbian, Slovenian Cos To Outfit Small HPP near Vranje
BELGRADE (Serbia), July 7 (SeeNews) – Serbia’ ATB Sever and Slovenia's Andino Hydropower Engineering will provide equipment for the construction of a small hydro power plant in southern Serbia, Belgrade-based media reported.
HPP Prvonek, on the Banjska river, will have two units of 100 and 800 kilowatts (kW) each, news provider Ekapija (www.ekapija.rs) reported on Wednesday.
The two companies were selected in a tender announced by state-owned power utility Elektroprivreda Srbije earlier this year.
The construction of the hydro power plant near Vranje is expected to be completed at the end of September.
