SEAG Service wins 14.5-MW solar maintenance job in Germany
May 23, 2014 - German solar park services provider SEAG Service GmbH said Thursday it will take charge of the technical maintenance of 14.5 MW of solar capacity at home under a deal with a Luxembourg-based solar fund.
More specifically, the company will cater for two solar power plants in Seesen, Lower Saxony, and Tribsees, in the German state of Mecklenburg- Vorpommern. The order came from FP Lux Investments SA SICAV-SIF, a fund with a 240-MW solar portfolio in Germany.
Financial detail on the contract were not revealed.
SEAG Service is a unit of photovoltaic (PV) plant developer Deutsche Eco AG. The latter specialises in the planning, financing, construction, operation and monitoring of solar parks at home and globally.
