Romania’s Hidroelectrica Plans To Invest 10.3 Mln Lei (2.5 Mln Euro) in Fiber Optic Network
BUCHAREST (Romania), July 8 (SeeNews) – Romanian state-owned hydropower company Hidroelectrica plans to invest 10.3 million lei ($3.5 million/2.5 million euro) to build a fiber optic telecoms network at its facility in southern Romania, a tender notice indicated.
Hidroelectrica has called a tender to hire a company for the installation of telecommunication equipment and construction of communication lines at its unit in Ramnicu Valcea, the company said in the tender notice posted on public procurement portal e-licitatie.ro.
The value of the 12-month contract excludes Value Added Tax, the company said. The deadline for placing bids is August 5.
