Romania’s Hidroelectrica Plans 200 Mln Euro Bond Issue Next Yr - Media
BUCHAREST (Romania), December 22 (SeeNews) – Romanian state-owned hydropower producer Hidroelectrica plans to borrow some 200 million euro ($261 million) from international markets next year, local media reported.
Hidroelectrica has invited several investment banks interested in managing the planned bond issue to file their bids by January 5-6, TV channel Antena 3 (www.antena3.ro) quoted unnamed sources from the financial market as saying earlier this week.
The bond issue will have a five-year maturity.
Citibank, Deutsche Bank, UniCredit, Societe Generale, ING and Erste might be interested in managing the bond issue, the broadcaster added.
