Proinso supplies inverters to 7.6 MW of Greek solar parks
(SeeNews) – Oct 29, 2012 - Spanish solar system equipment provider Proinso said in a press release it had delivered 432 solar inverters to four photovoltaic (PV) plants in northern Greece with a combined capacity of 7.6 MW.
The facilities, recently hooked up to the grid, are projected to have power output of 11,000 MWh a year or as much as is needed to power 2,500 local homes.
The first two plants, with a capacity of 3 MW each, are situated in Xanthi and Kavala. The other two, in Drama and Kastoria, will have a capacity of 1 MW and 0.56 MW, respectively.
