Nov 16, 2011 - Polish solar equipment maker Sunex (WAR:SNXA) said on Monday it generated a revenue of PLN 23.3 million (USD 7m/EUR 5m) for the first nine months, up 32% on the year.
Despite the growth in revenue, the company posted a net loss of PLN 140,000 for the first nine months.
For the third quarter Sunex booked a revenue of PLN 10 million and a net profit of PLN 230,000.
The company affirmed its full-year guidance for a revenue of PLN 31 million and a net profit of PLN 400,000, Sunex's CEO Romuald Kalyciok said.
Sunex is currently developing new models of a solar collector and a heat carrier. It also expects to be one of the first producers of solar air-conditioning systems in Europe.
