Jul 13, 2011 - Canada-based development-stage solar system developer P2 Solar (OTCBB:NCII) yesterday said it had signed an option agreement to develop a 7.3 MW solar power plant in southwestern Bulgaria.
The plant would yield a gross revenue of USD 76.5 million (EUR 54.7m) for 20 years, the company said.
P2 Solar added that a land and all permissions for the project had been acquired, and a 20-year government power purchase agreement (PPA) had been signed.
The company is currently providing a due diligence and technical analysis on the project's 35-acre (14.2 ha) site.
