Chinese firm Jiangsu Jixin Wind Energy Technology Co Ltd (SHA:601218) saw its attributable net profit for 2015 jump by 38.52% on the year to over CNY 128.6 million (USD 19.8m/EUR 17.6m).
Including one-off effects, the wind power equipment maker’s last-year bottom line result amounted to CNY 134.9 million, up 39.97% on the year, a statement on the Shanghai Stock Exchange shows. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) also improved by 38.57% over 2014 to CNY 0.1297.
Revenues for the period under review went up by 8.03% to CNY 1.77 billion. Meanwhile, Jiangsu Jixin Wind saw its net cash flow from operating activities drop by 19.79% to about CNY 257 million as compared to 2014.
The Jiangyin-based company is engaged in the research and development (R&D), manufacturing and distribution of parts for the wind power generation sector. It makes megawatt-grade wind turbine wheel hubs, axles and bearing pedestals among others and is also expanding into the downstream power generation segment.
