India’s Helios Inc Plans to Deliver Portable Biomass Waste Systems Worth $12 Mln to Bulgaria, Romania

U.S.-based diversified holding TransGlobal Assets said its Indian joint venture partner Helios Inc plans to deliver two portable biomass waste systems worth a total of $12 million (8.1 million euro) to clients in Bulgaria and Romania.

The systems have been ordered with Letters of Intent by Bulgaria’s Solaris and Romania’s Chemtech, TransGlobal Assets said in a press release on Monday.

“The purchase price for each 1-MW System is $6,000,000 (USD), payable in two installments; one half upon placement of the order and one half upon delivery of the completed unit,” the company said.

No further details on the deal were provided.

TransGlobal Assets, formerly known as TimeShare Holdings, focuses on acquisitions of undervalued assets around the globe in various industries, including renewable energy, hospitality, senior services, commercial real estate, manufacturing and others.
