German Solon to build 1.5 MW PV power plant in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

Nov 11, 2011 - German solar-tech company Solon SE (ETR:SOO1) announced on Thursday it had been commissioned to build a 1.5 MW photovoltaic (PV) power plant in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The order, which includes planning, purchasing and construction of the plant, was placed by the Luebesse local authority in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district.

Solon is expected to complete the project by the end of the year, the company said.
