October 4 (Renewables Now) - US-based solar racking manufacturer GameChange Solar expects to record more than 1.5 GW of shipments and over USD 160 million (EUR 139m) in revenues this year.
The company said in a statement on Wednesday that sales and shipments have more than doubled from last year despite the fact that 2018 has been a slow growth year for the solar industry in the US.
Derick Botha, senior vice president of sales for GameChange Solar, stated that the company is completing deliveries of a 339-MW fixed tilt group of three projects and a 400-MW tracker project.
“With significant manufacturing and logistics capacity increases now underway, we are ready to meet our customer’s substantial growth plans over the coming years,” he added.
