BELGRADE (Serbia), December 31 (SeeNews) - Fintel Energija [BEL:FINT], the Serbian subsidiary of Italy's Fintel Energia Group, generated the highest turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Thursday, as stock indices ended mixed, bourse data showed.
A total of 120,250 Fintel shares changed hands in a turnover of 75.2 million dinars. Fintel closed flat at 625 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.27% at 748.61 points.
Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] led the blue-chip gainers' list, as its share price rose 1.90% to 644 dinars.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed down 0.59% at 1,566.03.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 96.4 million dinars ($1.0 million/820,200 euro) on Thursday, up from 38.8 million dinars on Wednesday, as 90 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 1.45 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 1.3 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange.
