ArcLight's Infinigen wins offtake deal for 32-MW solar park in Puerto Rico
Aug 09, 2022 15:46 CESTAugust 19 (Renewables Now) - Portuguese renewable power company Finerge SA and Guild Investments Limited have announced their intentions to jointly own wind farm developer Empresas ACM.
The plan was made public on Tuesday by Portugal's Competition Authority (AdC). Empresas ACM consists of Eolica da Arada – Empreendimentos Eolicos da Serra da Arada SA, Eolica da Cabreira SA and Eolica de Montemuro SA.
The targets are currently held by Guild, a holding company part of UK’s Local Pensions Partnership Investments group, and French utility EDF (EPA:EDF).
AdC stated that it received this notification on August 13, 2021, and that any observations from interested parties on this agreement should be submitted within 10 business days from the publication of the notice.
Finerge currently has 57 wind parks and 16 solar farms in its Iberian portfolio, which represents 2,394 GWh of clean energy production, according to information on its website.
