Enapter hits record electrolyser orders in Q4, 2022 revenues up 75% y/y

German electrolyser manufacturer Enapter AG (FRA:H2O) said on Tuesday it had delivered more than 1,200 units of its latest EL 4.0 generation electrolysers to customers worldwide in the fourth quarter of 2022.

In capacity terms, the deliveries represent close to 3 MW.

“The EL 4.0 is our model for success. Never have we been able to build and deliver so many units in such a short time,” commented Enapter CEO Sebastian-Justus Schmidt.

Overall, it was a quarterly record for the young company, as Enapter highlighted, adding that it expects revenues for the 2022 financial year to stand at around EUR 14.7 million (USD 15.8m) based on preliminary calculations. This would represent an increase of 75% year-on-year, Enapter said.

For 2023, the company expects its sales revenues to double to around EUR 30 million.
