Deutsche Biogas share debuts at EUR 8.75 on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

(ADPnews) - Dec 6, 2010 - The share of German biogas company Deutsche Biogas AG (ETR:DB9) on Friday started trading at EUR 8.75 (USD 11.62) in the Entry Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, up from the issue price of EUR 8.50.

As part of its initial public offering (IPO) Deutsche Biogas has issued 2.3 million shares stemming from a capital increase approved at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on November 12. If the green shoe option is fully exercised, the gross proceeds from the transaction will amount to about EUR 19.6 million and the free float would stand at 36.5%.
