Jul 10, 2013 - Wind power producer China Datang Corp Renewable Power (HKG:1798) said Tuesday it had produced 2,768,740 MWh of power in the second quarter of 2013, with wind output standing at 2,724,105 MWh.
Total renewable power generation was slightly below the first quarter's 2,868,270 MWh.
The company’s wind farms in Inner Mongolia accounted for nearly half of the total in April-June, producing 1,203,238 MWh. Some 313,400 MWh more came from wind power plants in Jilin, while the turbines operated by the firm in Shandong generated 256,250 MWh.
For the first six months of the current year Datang Renewable’s power assets have generated 5,637,010 MWh, including 5,556,237 MWh of wind power.
