Croatia's Dalekovod Signs 53.5 Mln Euro Loan Contract
ZAGREB (Croatia), May 31 (SeeNews) – Croatian power transmission equipment maker Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV-R-A] said on Tuesday it signed a 53.5 million euro ($76.4 million) loan contract for long term project financing for a wind park.
The contract was signed between Societe Generale – Splitska Banka as leading arranger, agent and lender and Privredna Banka Zagreb as co-arranger and lender, special purpose vehicle company EKO as borrower, companies Dalekovod Professio and Medvidja as project sponsors and Dalekovod, it said in a statement.
The money will go to finance the construction of wind park ZD2 and ZD3 near the city of Zadar consisting of 16 wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 36 megawatts (MW).
Dalekovod shares traded 0.68% up at 258.10 kuna ($49.5/34.7 euro) by 1127 GMT on Tuesday.
