Chinese Sinovel Wind to launch CNY-2.8bn bond offering

Dec 27, 2011 - Chinese wind turbine major Sinovel Wind Group (SHA:601558) today is to kick off the sale of CNY 2.8 billion (USD 443m/EUR 339m) worth of five-year bonds, it said in a statement.

The issue is part of a CNY-5.5-billion debt offering plan.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission gave the go-ahead to the sale in October 2011.
