Aug 8, 2011 - Wind farm developer and operator China Longyuan Power Group Corp (HKG:0916) saw its wind power output for July 2011 rise by 35.77% year-on-year to 758,058 MWh.
Output from other renewables was up 38.61% to 13,287 MWh.
China Longyuan's total power generation for July amounted to 1,861,364 MWh, growing 18.66% in annual terms. The company's coal power installations produced 1,090,019 MWh.
Since the start of 2011, China Longyuan has produced 14,848,842 MWh of power, with more than half of the total or 7,826,717 MWh coming from the wind power segment.
