Businessman cuts stake in Romania's NQE Holdings to 0.5%

BUCHAREST (Romania), December 5 (SeeNews) - Greek businesman Kanellopoulos Petros said on Friday he has reduced his stake in Romanian renewable energy investment group Natura Quattuor Energia (NQE) Holdings [BSE:SCPS] to 0.5038% via block deals on the Bucharest bourse.

The businessman lowered the number of shares it owns in NQE Holdings to 147,000 from 1.887 million on November 28, Kanellopoulos said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, without providing details on the value of the deal.

At end-June, Cyprus-based company Coronedo Limited was the main shareholder of NQE Holdings, with a stake of 38.45%, bourse data showed.

Natura Quattuor Energia Holdings focuses on the development of energy producing assets and the provision of related services. Its shares last changed hands in regular trading on November 21, when they closed flat at 0.5050 lei ($0.141/0.114 euro).
