Bulgaria’s Energoni Files for Admission to Trade of New Share Issue
SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 11 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian energy company Energoni [BUL:2EL] filed a request with the local bourse to admit to trade a 547 million levs ($400,000/280,000 euro) new share issue, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) said.
The issue's 547,313,000 shares have a par value of 1.0 lev each, BSE said in a statement.
Energoni’s current share capital stands at 250,000 levs.
In April 2010 Bulgaria’s financial regulator imposed a temporary trading ban on Energoni’s shares on doubts over the proper valuation of the company's 547 million lev patent for a wind farm construction method. The ban was lifted in June last year.
Energoni last traded on the BSE on June 11, 2009, leaping 500% to 6.0 levs in a volume of 50 shares.
