Bosnian Hydro Power Complex Vrbas H1 Net Profit Drops - Table
Bosnian hydro power complex Hidroelektrane na Vrbasu [BANJ:HELV-R-A] said its net profit plunged to 51,000 marka ($37,300/26,100 euro) in the first half of 2011 from 3.2 million marka a year earlier.
Following are details of the company’s financial statement filed with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange last month (in millions of Bosnian marka):
Hidroelektrane na Vrbasu (www.henavrbasu.com) comprises three hydropower plants on the river Vrbas, in the western part of the Serb Republic, which together with the Muslim-Croat Federation forms Bosnia. It is one of the three big hydro power plant groups in the Serb Republic.
The other two groups are located along the Trebisnjica and Drina rivers.
