German solar developer Belectric is deploying 13.5 MWp of solar capacity in Bavaria on behalf of local asset manner Oekorenta GmbH.
Two solar farms -- Ottmarsfeld with a capacity of 5.9 MWp and Unterspiesheim of 2.6 MWp, have already come into operation, Belectric said on Wednesday.
The third solar park -- Kleinlangheim with a capacity of 5 MWp, is located in the Kitzingen district in Franconia and its commissioning is expected shortly.
Belectric is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the three solar plants which consist of more than 22,650 modules.
Belectric, part of energy service provider Elevion Group, develops, builds and operates solar parks and has already installed more than 4 GW of capacity worldwide.
Based in Aurich, Oekorenta has been focusing on investments in renewable energy since 2005, integrating more than 280 operational green energy parks as assets into its funds. Last year, the asset manager began investing in infrastructure for electric mobility.
