BDI BioEnergy to pay out EUR 2.65 P/S via capital reduction

(ADPnews) - Sep 14, 2010 - Austrian waste-to-biofuel company BDI - BioEnergy International AG (ETR:D7I), formerly known as BDI - BioDiesel International AG, announced it will return to its shareholders EUR 2.65 (USD 3.40) per share in March 2011.

The firm reduced its capital by EUR 10 million to EUR 3.8 million.

BDI BioEnergy embarked on the waste-to-biofuel business this year, oriented towards demanding industrial users. Before that, it was active as a biodiesel plants maker.
