Jul 01, 2022 17:05 CESTTIRANA (Albania), June 23 (SeeNews) - Albania's Energy Regulatory Authority (ERE) has granted a licence to local company SPV BLUE 1 for the construction of a 50 MW photovoltaic (PV) power plant in Fier, local media reported.
Under the 50-year licence, the PV power plant must be put into operation by July 2023, news provider Exit reported on Wednesday.
SPV BLUE will sell part of the generated energy from the power plant to the government, while the remaining will be offered on the free market, the report reads.
